What if my Veer Valet shipment arrives before I do?Updated 12 days ago
We understand timing is important when traveling, and sometimes shipments can arrive too early. Veer Valet shipments do not require a signature at delivery, so if you’re concerned about your bag arriving earlier than expected, here are a few options:
1. Ship to a trusted contact
You can have your bag delivered to a family member, friend or neighbor who can receive it on your behalf.
2. Ship to your hotel or resort
If you're staying at a hotel, resort or rental, reach out to the property in advance to confirm they will accept and hold packages until your arrival.
We recommend specifically asking whether the property routes guest shipments to an onsite FedEx Office (hotels in major metro areas may handle all incoming packages this way, regardless of carrier or sender). If they do, your Veer Valet Travel Bag may be held at that FedEx location rather than the property, and a handling fee may be charged by FedEx upon pickup that is not covered by your Veer Valet Token.
If you'd prefer to avoid a potential handling fee, consider Option 1 or Option 3 below.
3. Ship to a local carrier for store pickup
You can ship to a local carrier store for secure pickup
- Most locations will hold shipments for up to five (5) business days before returning them, though some may charge a nominal daily storage fee (call in advance to confirm)
- To collect your Veer Valet shipment, you'll need to bring:
- A valid ID that matches the name on the shipping label
- Your tracking number
