We know you’re eager to get your adventures underway so our team works hard to deliver your new Veer gear to you as quickly as possible.

Shipping is Fast and Free
All orders at goveer.com receive free ground shipping.  (Veer is also delighted to automatically upgrade shipping to Hawaii and Alaska orders using Fedex 2-Day service, at no additional cost.)
Veer operates two distribution centers – one in Reno and one in Atlanta – which allows us to responsibly and efficiently deliver to over 92% of our domestic customers 1 or 2 days using Fedex Home Delivery. Doing so allows us to deliver 7 days a week, even on weekends.  
Delivery estimates that we provide in your checkout process are dependent upon a variety of factors, including weather, peak holiday demand delays and other disruptions at the shipping carrier.  Additionally, Veer may require identity or address verification for some orders which may cause shipping and delivery delays.

Orders in by Noon EDT Ship Same Day
In Stock items (as designated by "Ships Now" on our site) ordered by noon EDT Monday thru Friday (excluding holidays) will ship that same day.  In Stock items ordered after noon EDT, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.
Pre-order or out of stock items will ship separately in the future.  
If some items on your order are In Stock and some items are not, In Stock items will ship now and Pre-order or out of stock items will ship separately when our stock is replenished.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses
Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or military bases (APO/FPO addresses).

Reporting of Missing Items
We ask that you report any missing items or packages within 7 days of delivery date so that we can address the issue with our carrier(s) within their required time lines.
