Cleaning & general maintenance

+

Routine cleaning

Rinse thoroughly with clean water or hand wash with cold water and mild detergent.

Do not tumble dry, bleach, iron, or dry clean. Allow to completely air dry.

Zipper & hardware care

The zipper is the most-used part of your Travel Bag — a little care goes a long way. After any outdoor or beach use, brush sand and grit out of the zipper teeth before closing the bag. Small debris in the track is the most common cause of zipper wear and sticking.

If the zipper feels stiff or sluggish, do not force it. Run a dry bar of soap or a zipper lubricant along the teeth to restore smooth operation. If the pull separates from the track, bring the two sides back together at the base and work the pull upward slowly.

Always check that no fabric, straps, or netting is caught in the track before zipping. Forcing the zipper over trapped material is the leading cause of zipper damage.

Fabric & material care

Inspect the bag's seams and stitching periodically, especially after travel. If you notice any fraying or loose threads at a seam, contact Veer support before the area worsens — early attention usually prevents a larger repair.

Store the bag in a cool, dry place when not in use. Avoid leaving it in a hot car or in direct sunlight for extended periods, as prolonged heat can degrade the fabric and seam bonding over time.
