Veer Valet deliveries are made on or before the delivery-by date listed on your order. A signature is not required for delivery.

• Residences: Shipments are typically left near the main entryway.

• Apartments, offices or hotels: Please confirm the standard delivery location at the destination, as this is where the shipment will be placed. Some hotels in major metro areas route all incoming packages to an onsite FedEx Office regardless of the carrier or sender, so we recommend asking about this specifically. If they do, your Veer Valet Travel Bag may be held at that FedEx location rather than the property, and a handling fee may be charged by FedEx upon pickup that is not covered by your Veer Valet Token.

• Rental Space: If you’re renting a house or apartment, please contact the host ahead of time to confirm that shipments can be accepted.

We recommend notifying the destination recipient in advance to ensure they’re aware of the incoming delivery.
