WARNING: TIP-OVER AND LOSS-OF-CONTROL HAZARD

Keep the heaviest items low to prevent tipping on turns or curbs.

• Dry bins open and away from direct sunlight before use or storage. Do not bleach, iron or dry clean.
• Regularly check that the two brake mounting screws are tight. Loose screws are the most common cause of the brake not engaging fully.
• For an all-over wash, rinse with a hose. Air dry completely before reattaching.
• Inspect the brake cable for fraying or kinks, especially after trips to the beach or exposure to sand. A frayed cable should be replaced before the next use.
• If the brake engages but does not hold the Hauler in place on a slope, stop use and contact [email protected] before using again.
• A high load blocks your view when pushing. Keep your sightline clear or pull instead.
• Never leave a loaded Hauler unattended on any slope. Engage the parking brake and chock the wheels if leaving it on a grade is unavoidable.
• If exposed to salt water, rinse thoroughly with fresh (tap) water as soon as possible to avoid frame corrosion.
• Vacuum or brush away excess sand or dirt.

Understanding the 500 lb Rating

The 500 lb capacity describes what the Hauler's structure can carry on a hard, level surface. 500 lbs may not be manageable everywhere. The practical limit is whichever comes first: the 500 lb structural capacity or the load you can start, steer and stop on the ground you're traversing.

• Keep the heaviest items low to prevent tipping on turns or curbs.
• Stay on firm, level ground where possible. Sand, mud, deep grass and gravel require more force to push or pull. Soft ground under one wheel could tilts the load.
• Moving uphill requires more effort to pull, and moving downhill requires you to hold back the load. A side slope pushes the load's center of gravity downhill, which is a common cause of tip-overs.

Before every use

• Confirm all four wheels are fully seated and locked.
• Confirm the handle is locked upright before using.
• Engage the foot brake before loading, unloading or leaving the Hauler standing.
• Check the frame, wheels, brake and Smartbins. Do not use with damaged or missing parts.

Folding safety

• Never use a power washer on the SmartBins.
• Do not let children fold or unfold the Hauler or play near it while you do.

Rider safety

The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase and is subject to the conditions set out by that country. Conditions may vary. Veer will not ship replacement or repair parts out of the country of purchase.

Veer will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs if deemed appropriate by the company. Veer reserves the right to exchange an item for a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the product is improved over time.

What's not covered

A repair issue will not be covered by this warranty if:

• The issue is caused by misuse or improper / poor maintenance. Please refer to this instruction booklet for guidance on use and maintenance.
• Damage is caused by improper installation of Veer parts and/or accessories. Please refer to this instruction booklet for guidance on assembly and use.
• Damage is corrosion, mold, or rust caused by a lack of maintenance or service.
• Damage is due to general wear and tear from everyday use or negligence.
• Damage is caused by sun intensity, sweat, detergents, damp storage, or frequent washing.
• Repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party.
• The product is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. Approved retailers are listed at goveer.com.
• The product is second-hand.
• The product is damaged as a result of an accident, airline, or freight damage.
