Yes, you can quickly fold down seat backs, sides and handle for easy storage in a small car trunk, or stand it upright (pictured below) to store conveniently in a closet or corner of a garage against a wall. To stand Cruiser City upright, position swivel wheels to lay flat on the floor to steady it—this will create a slight tilt to one side which is normal and to be expected.
