If the handle bar of your Cruiser will not stay at the desired height, the lock may need to be tightened. The tension on the handlebar height lock is actually adjustable. It works just like the seat of a bike. Turn the dial on the lock to the desired tension to keep the handle bar locked in place. It is easiest to adjust with the lock open.
