Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in death or serious injury.
Babies have suffocated:
- On pillows, comforters, and extra padding.
- In gaps between a wrong size mattress, or extra padding and product sides.
Never add soft bedding or padding. Use only the mattress provided by the manufacturer. Always place baby on their back to sleep to reduce the risk of SIDS and suffocation.

Infants have suffocated:
- In gaps between extra padding and the side of the bassinet/cradle.
- On soft bedding.
Use only the pad provided by the manufacturer. Never add a pillow, comforter, or another mattress for padding.
To reduce the risk of SIDS, pediatricians recommend healthy infants be placed on their backs to sleep, unless otherwise advised by your physician. Always place baby on their back to sleep.
Never leave children unattended.
If a sheet is used with the pad, use only the one provided by the product manufacturer, or one specifically designed to fit the dimensions of the product mattress.
Product/infant carrier can roll over on soft surfaces and suffocate a child. Never place the product on beds, sofas, or other soft surfaces.
Fall hazard
To help prevent falls:
- Do not use this product when the infant is able to roll over, begins to push up on hands and knees, or has reached the maximum weight of 20 lbs (9 kg) or 27 in. (69 cm), whichever comes first.
- A child's activity can move the bassinet. Always use the product on the floor. Never place the bassinet on countertops, tables, or any elevated surface.
- Do not carry a baby in the bassinet.
General safety
- The Bassinet is suitable for infants from birth.
- Ensure that all locking devices are engaged before use.
- To avoid injury, ensure that your child is kept away when unfolding and folding this product.
- Do not let your child play with this product.
- Check that the pram body, seat unit, or car seat attachment devices are correctly engaged before use.
- This product is not suitable for running or skating.
- This product is suitable for a child who cannot sit up unaided, roll over, and cannot push themselves up on their hands and knees. Maximum weight of the child: 9 kg (20 lbs.).
- This product is intended to be used with the Veer &Roll stroller frame or &Jog jogger frame only. Do not use this product with any other product.
- Always check that this product is securely installed in the Switchback &Roll stroller frame or &Jog jogger frame, per the instructions.
- Always use the braking system when stationary.
- An audible "click" must be heard to confirm that each lock is in the proper position. To ensure proper locking engagement, check that the bassinet/carry handle cannot be disengaged from the &Roll stroller frame or &Jog jogger frame without unlocking the device.
- Bassinet attaches only in the rear-facing direction, so the infant faces the user.
- Bassinet must be removed before folding the &Roll stroller frame or &Jog jogger frame.
- Never use the bassinet carrier as a means to transport an infant in a motor vehicle.
- Use of the bassinet cover is recommended for added safety of your child.
- The bassinet should only be placed on a low, dry, firm horizontal surface when not in use with a stroller or bassinet stand.
- Do not permit other children to play unsupervised next to the bassinet.
- Open flames and other sources of heat, such as electric heaters, gas ovens, etc., in the immediate vicinity of the bassinet are dangerous and should be avoided.
- Do not use if any part of the bassinet is broken, torn, or missing. Contact Veer for replacement parts and never use substitute parts.
- Strings can cause strangulation. Do not place items with a string around a child's neck, such as hood strings or pacifier cords. Do not suspend strings over a product or attach strings to toys.
- When this bassinet is used as an accessory to another product, remove it whenever a child is in the other product.
Using your Bassinet

The Bassinet is designed for use with the Switchback &Roll stroller frame and Switchback &Jog jogger frame. If you have any Veer Cruiser, you will also need the Switchback Adapter (sold separately) installed on the wagon before attaching the Bassinet. Always ensure all locking devices are engaged before placing your infant.

Set up bassinet
Rotate metal brackets and click into place to open bassinet, then place mattress pad on the bottom.

Attach foot cover
Place foot cover on top, then zip along the outer edge to attach.

Attach bassinet to &Roll stroller or &Jog jogger frame
Lower bassinet into seat hubs until it clicks into place. Pull up to confirm secure connection.
✓ An audible click must be heard to confirm secure attachment.
Using any Veer Cruiser? Make sure the Switchback Adapter is fully installed on the wagon first — the Bassinet will not seat correctly without it.

Adjust canopy
Raise handle to move canopy to desired position.

Adjust canopy (cont.)
Press canopy buttons inside the canopy to lower.

Extend visor
Pull fabric out from under canopy and unfold to fully extend visor.

Extend bug screen
Unzip visor and pull out bug screen.

Extend bug screen (cont.)
Extend over outer edge of bassinet and hook side loops to secure.

Remove bassinet
Slide and press the button on top of handle, then lift to remove.
Cleaning & maintenance

Routine cleaning
Wipe with a damp cloth and a mild detergent and dry thoroughly. Do not use abrasives.
Machine washing
The bassinet liner may also be removed for machine washing on a gentle cycle in cold water with mild detergent. Dry flat and away from direct sunlight before re-use or storage.
Do not bleach, iron, or dry clean.

This accessory is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.
Please retain proof of purchase to activate this limited warranty.
The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase and is subject to the conditions set out by the country in which the items were purchased. Conditions may vary. Veer will not ship replacement or repair parts out of the country of purchase.
Veer will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs if deemed appropriate by the company. Veer reserves the right to exchange an item for a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the Bassinet is improved over time.
What's not covered
A repair issue will not be covered by this warranty if:
- The issue is caused by misuse or improper/poor maintenance.
- Damage is corrosion, mold, or rust caused by a lack of maintenance or service.
- Damage is due to general wear and tear resulting from everyday use or negligence.
- Damage is caused by the intensity of the sun, sweat, detergents, damp storage, or frequent washing.
- Repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party.
- This Bassinet accessory is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. Approved retailers are listed at goveer.com.
- This Bassinet accessory is second-hand.
- This Bassinet accessory is damaged as a result of an accident, airline, or freight damage.
