Shipping is Fast and Free

All orders at goveer.com receive free ground shipping. (Veer is also delighted to automatically upgrade shipping to Hawaii and Alaska orders using Fedex 2-Day service, at no additional cost.)

Veer operates two distribution centers – one in Reno and one in Atlanta – which allows us to responsibly and efficiently deliver to over 92% of our domestic customers in 1 or 2 days using FedEx Home Delivery. Doing so allows us to deliver 7 days a week in most cities, even on weekends.  

Delivery estimates that we provide in your checkout process are dependent upon a variety of factors, including weather, peak holiday demand delays, and other disruptions at the shipping carrier.  Additionally, Veer may require identity or address verification for some orders which may cause shipping and delivery delays.

Orders in by Noon EDT Ship Same Day

In-stock items ordered by noon EDT Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) will ship that same day. In-stock items ordered after noon EDT, or on weekends and holidays, will ship on the next business day.

Pre-order or out-of-stock items will ship separately in the future.  

If some items on your order are In Stock and some items are not, In Stock items will ship now and pre-order or out-of-stock items will ship separately when our stock is replenished.

Ship Timing for Out-of-Stock or Pre-Order Items

The dates you see in "New Orders Ship XX/XX" messages reflect the latest update from our logistics team as of midnight the prior evening. Every day, we update those dates on the site to reflect the latest information. We also update your order in your account to show you when we expect to ship your item, based on the latest information from midnight the prior evening. Finally, if that date changes, we send an email to you each with an update as to when we expect to ship that item. Our goal is to make sure you are always informed with the latest information.

Shipping to PO Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to PO boxes or military bases (APO/FPO addresses).

Reporting of Missing Items

We ask that you report any missing items or packages within 7 days of the delivery date so that we can address the issue with our carrier(s) within their required timelines.
