For Purchases from goveer.com:

You may return any unused item with original packaging and contents (including hangtags, user instructions, manuals, warranty cards and wrappings) within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Any items that are returned with signs of use and do not meet our Return Policy may not be accepted for a return. The following items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

• Open-Box Items
• Replacement Parts
• Gift Cards

Express shipping is not refundable. 

Items that are received as a gift and returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. 

Damaged or Incorrect Products

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives to you damaged or you receive an incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can address it with our shipping carrier. Items must be in unused condition to qualify for a replacement. Veer is not liable for lost or returned packages.

Initiating a Return

Please initiate a chat, email, text or call with us to begin the process for a Return Authorization. We will provide you with Free Return Shipping. Return Authorizations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

For Purchases from an Authorized Dealer:

Purchases made through an authorized retailer must be returned to the retailer and are subject to their return policies. Please contact your dealer for more information.
