For Purchases from goveer.com:

You may return any unused item with original packaging and contents (including hangtags, user instructions, manuals, warranty cards, and wrappings) within 90 days of purchase for a full refund. Open-box items are not returnable.

Any items that are returned with signs of use and do not meet our Return Policy may not be accepted for a return. 

Express shipping is not refundable. 

Items that are received as a gift and returned will be credited to the original purchaser’s credit card. 

Damaged Products

In the unfortunate event that an item arrives to you damaged, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can address it with our shipping carrier. Items must be in unused condition to qualify for a replacement.
