Veer Valet Tokens cover shipments to destinations throughout the contiguous United States.

For shipments outside the contiguous US (Alaska, Hawaii, Canada or international), you can upgrade your Token during the "Schedule Pick-Up" process. All available countries can be selected in the address section of Ship&Play’s booking form. For pricing and a list of available countries, follow these steps here.

Depending on the country, certain information may be requested from you for customs purposes (e.g. copy of passport, flight itinerary). If required, these documents will be requested from you through email after your order is placed.

In certain countries, personal effects haven't consistently been able to clear customs under local regulations, so those countries are not currently included in the Veer Valet service. These include Indonesia, China and some Latin American countries including Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Peru. Veer Valet is actively working to resolve these issues so feel free to check back here or on the booking form before your next trip for updates.
