Veer has partnered with Zonos to make shipments to worldwide destinations seamless.

This service allows us to show all our prices in your local currency and displays your shipping, tax, and duty total at Checkout. We prepay and ship all taxes and duties so you will not have to do so upon receipt.

We ship all international orders using a FedEx service called FedEx International Connect Plus, which is fast, reliable, and cost-effective.

How do I place an order for international shipment?

Confirm or change your country by clicking the country selector on the site footer. Start shopping! When you place an international order, your transaction will identify an order total, including all shipping costs and any applicable duties and taxes. If you don't see your country listed, we do not currently ship to that destination.

Can I expedite my international shipment?

International shipping costs will be calculated and guaranteed by FedEx based on the items you are purchasing, your chosen shipping method, and your shipping destination. We offer only cost-effective shipping options. Please note that shipping windows are estimates and delivery dates cannot be guaranteed due to the potential for customs delays.

Duties & Taxes

International taxes, tariffs, and value-added tax (VAT) will be calculated into your final order total during Checkout. They are based on the purchased merchandise's country of origin or manufacturing and the classification of that merchandise by a harmonized system used by the countries that we support.

International Orders Must Ship Complete

Given the way duty and taxes are submitted and accounted for, we must ship all international orders complete.  For that reason, if there are back-ordered items on your order, your entire order will ship once all items are in stock.  

If you need an in-stock item(s) sooner, we recommend placing an order for those in-stock items on one order, and a separate order for back-ordered items.

Ship Timing for an order with an Out of Stock or Pre-Order Item(s)

Because we must ship international orders complete, if you purchase an out-of-stock or pre-order item, your order will be delayed. The dates you see in "New Orders Ship XX/XX" messages reflect the latest update from our logistics team as of midnight the prior evening.  Every day, we update those dates on the site to reflect the latest information.  We also update your order in your account to show you when we expect to ship your item, based on the latest information from midnight the prior evening.  Finally, if that date changes, we send an email to you each with an update as to when we expect to ship your order. Our goal is to make sure you are always informed with the latest information. So, you can expect your entire order to ship when the item with the latest ship date arrives.

Does Veer Gear Comply with my Local Safety Standards or Regulations?

Maybe, but not necessarily. Veer designs its gear to meet or exceed USA and Canadian safety standards.  While it may also meet your local safety standards, we do not test against safety standards in all countries.  In the checkout process, we ask that you check a box confirming that you understand this and wish to proceed. By doing so, you are expressing acknowledging agreeing to use our products at your own risk.
