For Purchases from goveer.com:
For international orders, you may return any unused item with original packaging and contents (including hangtags, user instructions, manuals, warranty cards, and wrappings) within 60 days of purchase for a full refund. Any items that are returned showing signs of use and do not meet our return criteria may not be accepted for a return. Open-box items are not returnable.
Shipping is not refundable.
Items that are received as a gift and returned will be credited to the original purchaser's credit card.
Refund of Duties and Taxes
Veer does not reimburse any duties or local taxes.
Exchanges
We do not accept international exchanges. If you need to exchange an item you will need to request a return, ship the item back at your expense, and purchase the replacement item as a new order on goveer.com. NOTE: Applicable VAT tax or other duties and fees as well as shipping will be charged on the replacement item.
Damaged or Incorrect Products
In the unfortunate event that an item arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, it must be reported within 7 days of delivery so that we can address it with our shipping carrier. Items must be in unused condition to qualify for a replacement.
NOTE: A replacement cannot be shipped if we are not contacted within the 7-business day window. Veer is not liable for lost or returned packages. Please retain a copy of your return tracking numbers to ensure receipt of your delivery.

Purchases made through an authorized retailer outside of the USA must be returned to the retailer and are subject to their return policies. Please contact your dealer for more information.
