Failure to follow these warnings and instructions could result in injury or property damage.
Power & charging
- Only use a power supply with an output of 5V and 1A.
- Only use a standard USB-C cable to charge the fan.
- The charging cable can pose a strangulation hazard — keep away from infants and young children.
Operation
- Do not insert fingers or other body parts into the fan shroud.
- Do not hang the fan directly above anyone's head or attach it to a person.
- Do not allow children to use this unit without supervision and keep out of reach of pets.
- Do not continue using the fan if you notice abnormal operation.
- Never operate the fan without the front grill in place.
Environment & handling
- Keep the fan dry and free of debris such as sand, dirt or food.
- Do not submerge in water or use near a body of water (wash tub, pool, etc.).
- If needed, wipe fan parts with a clean damp rag or cloth only.
- Do not disassemble or attempt to repair the fan.

Using your Flex Fan

Follow these steps to charge, mount and operate your Flex Fan. Charge before first use — the fan can also run while plugged in.
Plug in the USB-C cable
Connect the included USB-C charging cable from the fan to a 5V DC, 1A power adapter (not included), then plug it into a power outlet.
Only use a power supply rated for 5V / 1A output. Higher-output adapters can damage the battery.
Watch the LED
The LED blinks red while charging, then turns solid red when the battery is fully charged.
✓ Solid red = ready to unplug and go.
The fan may be used while charging — the LED lights green whenever the fan is running.
Tripod stand
Straighten the three legs and spread them evenly to create a secure tripod stand on a flat surface.
✓ The fan should sit level and not rock when gently nudged.
Wrap around an object
Bend the legs to wrap around a stroller frame, chair, tent pole or similar stable object.
During use, check that the fan stays securely positioned. Readjust the legs as needed.
Never hang the fan directly above anyone's head or attach it to a person.
Tilt the fan head
Tilt the fan head up or down to adjust the vertical angle of the airflow.
Rotate the fan head
Rotate the fan head left or right to aim airflow exactly where it's needed.
Cycle through four speeds
Press the 
power button to cycle through four speeds and off:
Low → Medium → High → Turbo → Off
Read the LED while running
Solid green: Fan is on and battery has charge.
Blinking green: Battery is at 10% or less — time to recharge.
While plugged in: blinking red = charging, solid red = fully charged.
Cleaning

Before you clean
Use caution when cleaning the fan, especially when the front grill is removed. If the power button is accidentally pressed, the fan will power on.
Never operate your Flex Fan without the front grill in place.
Exterior & legs
Wipe the exterior and legs with a soft, damp cloth. Do not pour water or any liquid onto the propeller, motor or back side of the housing.
Propeller & interior
To access the propeller and interior, rotate the front grill 10° counterclockwise until you feel a click, then pull it apart from the housing. Wipe with a soft, damp cloth.
To replace, align the front grill's four tabs with the main body, then turn 10° clockwise to lock it back in place.
After sand or dirt
If your Flex Fan falls in sand or dirt, shake or blow debris off before running the fan again.
Keep the fan dry and free of debris like sand, dirt or food. Do not submerge in water or use near a body of water (wash tub, pool, etc.).
Battery care

All batteries gradually lose the capacity to hold charge over time — this is normal and expected. With proper care, your Flex Fan battery should last for over three years or about 500 charge cycles.
Daily habits
- Fully charge and fully discharge the battery when possible.
- Unplug the charging cable once the battery reaches a full charge.
- You may experience decreased battery life when operating and charging your Flex Fan in extreme cold or heat.
Temperature limits
Do not expose your Flex Fan to temperatures above 140°F (60°C).
If the battery leaks
Although very uncommon, lithium-ion batteries can be combustible or can leak fluids.
Do not use your Flex Fan if you notice any fluids leaking from the back door or propeller area. Immediately dispose of the fan if this occurs.
This product contains a lithium-ion battery — dispose of or recycle appropriately.
Storage

Short-term
Store your Flex Fan at temperatures between 41°F and 68°F (5°C and 20°C).
Use caution when storing the fan — the power button may be accidentally pressed.
Long-term (more than six months)
Do not leave your Flex Fan unused for extended periods. Before extended storage, charge or discharge the fan to approximately 50% of capacity.
Continue to charge the fan to approximately 50% of capacity at least once every six months during storage.

Your Flex Fan is guaranteed to be free from any manufacturing defects for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase under normal use and in compliance with the operating instructions.
This warranty is not transferable and extends only to the original retail purchaser, and is only valid when supplied with proof of purchase.
Please retain proof of purchase to activate this limited warranty.
Coverage details
The warranty is valid only in the original country of purchase and is subject to the conditions set out by that country. Conditions may vary. Veer will not ship replacement or repair parts out of the country of purchase.
Veer will provide replacement parts or conduct repairs if deemed appropriate by the company. Veer reserves the right to exchange an item for a replacement part. Some parts may be replaced with newer model parts as the Flex Fan is improved over time.
What's not covered
A repair issue will not be covered by this warranty if:
- The issue is caused by misuse or improper / poor maintenance.
- Damage is caused by improper installation of Veer parts and/or accessories.
- Damage is corrosion, mold or rust caused by a lack of maintenance or service.
- Damage is due to general wear and tear from everyday use or negligence.
- Damage is caused by sun intensity, sweat, detergents, damp storage or frequent washing.
- Repairs or modifications are carried out by a third party.
- The Flex Fan is purchased from an unauthorized retailer. Approved retailers are listed at goveer.com.
- The Flex Fan is second-hand.
- The Flex Fan is damaged as a result of an accident, airline or freight damage.
