If you experience any challenges or opportunities, please let us know by emailing [email protected].  We have a development team standing by to address any issues you are experiencing.

Pro tip: if you've been to the old, there's a good chance you have some pages cached or some cookies that might be causing challenges. If you suspect this is happening, clear your cookies/cache or visit our site in private browsing mode for a fresh start. That may well solve your challenge.

Known Issues:

  • Our FedEx connection is occasionally returning inaccurate expected delivery dates.  We are working through this now.
  • About 10% of prior orders have not yet been imported.  We expect this to be resolved early next week.

A few other notes:

  • Your account has been migrated from the old website to the new website.  You'll need to reset your password using this link in order to log in.
  • Orders placed through Friday, March 25th have been migrated to the new site as well for your ongoing reference.
  • Orders that were placed and shipments occurred thereafter will be migrated in the next few weeks.  Refer to your email for order confirmations and shipment notifications on orders that are not yet showing in the new site, or chat or email with us.
  • Gift vouchers purchased on the old site are ready to go on the new site now.
  • Product registrations have been migrated to the new site and will be viewable in your account section in the next few days.
